Pakistani actress who made it big in Bollywood, Veena Malik, is considered a bold and sexy film actress and TV Star. Before starting in movies, Malik worked as a comedian in a number of television shows and series.

 Veena started her acting career in her debut movie Tere Pyar Main in 2000. The movie was successful in the box office. Veena’s another successful movie, Yeh Dil Aap Ka Huwa, was released in 2002. In 2003,Veena Malik appeared in Indo-Pak cross venture Punjabi film, Pind Di Kuri. The movie was not that much successful. But, it was the first Indo-Pak venture film with a budget reaching approximately Rs. 70 million.
Bollywood debut with ‘Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai’
After Veena’s appearance in Bigg Boss 4, she was successful in establishing herself as a ‘voice of liberal Muslims’. That also created a path for Veena into Bollywood. Veena’s Bollywood debut movie “Dal Mein Kuch Kala Hai” is scheduled to be released in 2012 to be followed by another Bollywood movie, “Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya” in which, Veena will feature a special appearance in an item song.
