When she was not at the family mansion, she was getting an education at an all girl’s catholic school (word is still out as to whether or not she still has the outfit) and hanging out with her bffs.
Kim languished in relative obscurity until 2007 when a sex tape was released involving Kim and rapper Ray J, Kim Kardashian Superstar (Vivid). When Kim realized the sex tape had gone public, "she was mortified unable to believe that Ray J would betray her" to make money. Kim "sued" Vivid Video and "won" her lawsuit in April 2007. She was "awarded" five million dollars.
Kim now hangs out with Ciara and has starred in her own reality TV show on E!, produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions. It was reported that Kardashian and Humphries would make $17.9 million from the nuptials, and that they paid nothing of the $20 million costs associated with it. Three $20,000 Vera Wang gowns and $400,000 worth of Perrier Jouet champagne were given free, as were invitations from Lehr & Black estimated at $10,000 and $750,000 for catering for the 500 guests at the reception. On October 31, 2011, Kardashian filed for divorce from Humphries after just 72 days of marriage citing irreconcilable differences.
